Referee registration for Mt Eliza SC Cup 2026

Welcome to the 2026 Mount Eliza Cup Referee Registration Form.

Please fill out the form below. This information will assist our tournnament staff and referee coordinators to allocate referees to games.

The tournament will take place in OCTOBER across the following dates:

Saturday 10th:
Mt Eliza Secondary College
U7, BU8 Joeys, BU8 Wallabies, BU8 Kangaroos, BU9 Joeys, BU9 Wallabies
Emil Madsen Reserve
GU10, GU12

Sunday 11th:
Mt Eliza Secondary College
GU8, GU9, BU9 Kangaroos, BU10 Joeys
Emil Madsen Reserve
GU11, GU13

Saturday 17th:
Mt Eliza Secondary College
BU10 Wallabies, BU10 Kangaroos, BU11 Kangaroos
Emil Madsen Reserve
BU11 Joeys, BU11 Wallabies

Sunday 18th:
Mt Eliza Secondary College
BU12A, BU12 BCD, BU13 BCD

Games will run throughout the day with some morning starts at 8.00am.
Group games are expected to finish by 5.00pm with some limited evening games to finish by 6.30pm.
Please indicate your availability for these games.

Referee Payments rates are structured according to playing age group, the rate for finals is slightly higher.

Teams U/7-U/8
$12.50 per game (2x10min halves)
$20.00 per Play off Final

Teams U/9-U/13
$20.00 per game (2x15min halves)
$25.00 per Play off Final

U/14-U/16
$25 per game (2x15min halves)
$30 per Play off final

Payments will be made by bank transfer up to 7 days after the event. Please enter your bank details on the form. Unfortunately we cannot pay cash on the day.

In you are a current FV referee please list your referee branch and level of competition, from the most recent winter season that you officiated.
We will endeavour to appoint you to the most suitable match for your level.

Please bring your official Football Victoria Referee Shirts of various colours. All other referees please wear a Yellow T-shirt (club can also provide)

Please read through the agreement below, and accept it. This is required to be able to carry on with your registration.

All referees must agree to the following terms and conditions

- I commit to attend all allocated games.
- I will be punctual to all of my matches.
- I will advise the referee coordinator ASAP if there are any issues or if unable to fulfil any of your games.
- Due to the number of games. Referee payment will be made via bank transfer following the event. No cash will be paid on the day.
- Referees being unwell should not attend the event and notify their referee coordinator immediately.

- I will follow all instructions from tournament staff and notify tournament staff if I have any questions or issues.

Personal information

If the tournament wants, they are allowed to show my name in public, for example in order for other referees to choose me as a partner or in game tables in the tournament game schedule
